We aim to uplift individuals, particularly girls in the border towns of northern Kenya, by providing access to quality education and resources. We run four key projects: the Intellectual Empowerment Movement (IEM), Girls on the Border, Community Outreach, and Mentorship, each designed to inspire, educate, and foster personal growth. We believe that by nurturing knowledge and skills, we can create a brighter future for all.

Dawara Trust runs four key projects:
i) Intellectual Empowerment Movement (IEM): A platform focused on inspiring and empowering individuals through education, mentorship, and networking.
ii) Girls on the Border: This project aims to provide education and resources to girls in northern border towns of Kenya, ensuring they have access to quality education and practical skills.
iii) Community Outreach: Engaging with communities to provide support, resources, and initiatives that promote development and well-being.
iv) Mentorship: Offering guidance and support to individuals seeking personal and professional growth through mentorship programs.
There are several ways to get involved with Dawara Trust, including volunteering your time, donating funds, or participating in our events. You can subscribe to our events calendar to be notified of events and sign up to volunteer with Community Outreach.
We allocate 20% of all funds received at any point directly to the Girls on the Border project. This allocation is made at every stage of fund distribution, ensuring that a significant portion is consistently directed toward supporting the education and empowerment of girls.
Donations can be made directly through our website. We appreciate your generosity, as every contribution helps us further our mission and support our projects.
