The Dawara Launchpad is aimed at equipping high-potential individuals with the tools, knowledge, and access they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Through a careful selection process, we identify promising candidates and support them with globally recognized career-building certifications, all while offering them exposure to industry sponsors and potential employers.

Each course has been selected for its practical value and prestige in the global job market, with an emphasis on in-demand fields like business, tech, data, and marketing.
The Selection Process
Application: Interested individuals can apply via the Launchpad form on our website. The form allows applicants to select their preferred certification, submit a short motivation, and upload their CV.
Shortlisting: The Dawara Trust team reviews each application based on merit, clarity of motivation, relevance of the selected course to their goals, and potential for impact.
Event Feature & Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be announced at the upcoming IEM event. At the event, they will have the opportunity to meet sponsors and undergo a short interview round with industry representatives.
Final Selection & Sponsorship: Based on the interview and sponsor feedback, selected candidates will receive full sponsorship for their chosen course and join the IEM/Dawara Trust mentorship network.
